URGENT HELP NEEDED QUEST LOCKED UP

Please help, this is a really urgent request -

The Quest will open to acquiring satellites page - and then you can't do anything else, can't press find, menu anything, have tried to reset using in and power, and in + ok + power, but no luck, this happened after successfully loading some maps and routes, but too many via points, so tried to reload and that's when it appeared to crash.

Any suggestions, could use some advice and fast!

You should really only do this after talking to Garmin support. It'll get rid of all user data, so you'll need to reload everything. The first fix could be upto half an hour while all the almanac data is re-acquired.

I know this isn't tthe solution you're looking for but as you've tried the unlock thing I posted, the only other thing I can suggest is get yerself down to Maplins Thurrock and buy another one on your credit card, then take it back in a fornight's time for a refund
