Same for me... I've an order with them that's been outstanding for two months and I cannot get any response whatsoever. I re-ordered the items from Nippy Norman's and had them in a few days so getting stock isn't an issue.

I guess it's bye-bye to the money they took in advance.

how are you able to run a limited company with only one director? I thought you needed a company secretary as well as a minimum?

and does anyone know how you are allowed to file an "intention to dissolve a company" back in Feb but still be trading in July?


Does anyone know anything useful? (dont mean that in a rude way )

No, requirement for a company secretary went a while ago. One director is now all that's needed.
