How do you keep yours dry.

Coming back from Cheltenham yesterday, I got rained on :mmmm although I stayed dry from the neck down, my neck got a good soaking, really uncomfortable.

What can I use to keep dry.

I use A Rukka jacket & Arai helmet with a neck Buff.

;)

Great stuff.

I think Nikwax for a short term solution but where can I get the Aerostich bandana.

:)

Have a look here - www.aerostich.com, catalogue number is 516 and is called the "wind triangle"

Company is in America, so it`s best to phone an order, cos the online postage costs are higher as it is an automatic system

my neck is waterproof anyway. at least i've never had problems while bathing :nenau

I think the problem I had, was my Buff got wet between Rukka collar & helmet which then wicked down into the collar of my jacket.

I'm going to try Wizards tip & proof my Buff with Nickwax TX Direct, to stop it from soaking water up.

;)

Irony Free Post

On the contrary, a whole weekend in Wales with only the slightest sprinkle of rain once. In fact it was quite warm as well :thumb

You could always try a windstopper neck guard instead of a buff.

They don't absorb water, they're less bulky and they're surprisingly warm in the depths of winter but cool in the warmer (not hot) weather.

Adam :)
