What is this bit

Hi guys after stripping the bike and putting it back together after doing the clutch I have found this bit that was in my tool box, any ideas what it is and where does it go???/
I have serched all the pics I had taken but cannot find it anywhere.

Ok enough of the stupid questions for now i found it, I had a 50 50 chance and yes you guessed it i took the wrong side off

How's the new clutch now its settled in ??

(Mine still slips in 5th at high RPM )

It seems to be fine, I have not done many miles on it yet as with work and stuff but it will get a good run out next weekend as I am coming ot uk then to france with the mrs.

Looks like yours is going to need replacing soon
