Macallan Cask Strength. Pick up a litre the next time you are passing through Edinburgh Airport. Was about £30 a litre the last time I looked and with 58,8% alcohol as opposed to the normal 43% you are getting more of what you need to get mellow for your £.
Matured in sherry casks, dark colour and a flavour to die for. Don't be put off by the high strength. It will not disolve the inside of your mouth or anything like that. It just warms your whole being.
