.....When my mate sends me an e mail, it goes straight into the "Deleted Items" folder.......Why?..........

I have looked 'round check boxes etc, but can't come up with anything......probably simple, but has got us beat.....everything else works perfectly.

I have told him that I shall ask the "font of all wisdom".....that means you lot !!.....

Is his name Bob Viagra???

Seriously, there'll probably be something in the 'rules' set up that's punting his emails straight into the sin bin......maybe in his signature, or even his name might be being picked up for some reason.

Check the spam rules/settings in the options of your email client thoroughly
