On my R1100RS they look great, but would I stick 'em on my GS? Er, no. By the way, they are the first bit to break if you forget you've left a disk lock on. DAHMIK.

From the front, the GS has a tippy Sydney the Elephant look, the adventure being the maximum example. Adding some visual heft to the lower legs goes a long way to removing the ultimate muffin top look.

yep,anything that covers those fugly 1100 fork legs is a bonus.....personally don't like the monkey piss yellow bikes, get the whole bike painted in red then fork leg protectors in black

But IMO he's wrong, the answer is no. 3M's plastic if you want to protect the sliders.
Anything else is unnecessary additional, and unsprung, weight. Of course if they divert crap away from the calipers then my considered opinion may change.![]()
