I like the older twin cam Boxer motor.

But that is all.
I don't like the lc motor one bit.
I don't like the current styling and I don't like the build quality and the fact that BMW seem to be releasing bikes before they are fully ready,such as the GS850 debacle.

On top of that,my local Motorrad dealer is dreadful and has been for decades.

So I can safely say that the new GS1250 would be the last new bike I would ever buy.

Soooo they are going to change the TFT unit all ready? That unit hasn’t even seen a year on the GS yet. That’s a lot of development to throw away.

Perhaps they’re making room to integrate a nav display.

From what I haven been told the TFT screen will come as standard , and the best bit , now comes with a 3 year warrentee which I think shows commitment to the quality issues some have had . To me that’s a total winner for price of mind . Makes you feel the great backup given by the factory is now even better I don’t think any other manufacturer offers that .
