Disappointed I didn't see Moto Guzzi at MCL
I like the colours but it appears they are still a flat or satin sheen, I wish they'd at least offer one of the colours in actual gloss.
I wonder what the update addresses?
I typically don't like satin or matt bikes but the one I hired looked really nice and considering it had 30000km on it the finish was still very fresh as i thought it would have be subject to picking up more marks (and you can't polish them out). The Tributo is gorgeous though. Be interested to see what the technical updates are to go with the new paint.I like the colours but it appears they are still a flat or satin sheen, I wish they'd at least offer one of the colours in actual gloss.

Good point Clifton, Rickover did seem high when it was warmed up which didn’t help engaging first.I have to admit the matte finish has held up pretty well on mine as well which now has about 20000km.
Be nice if they could slow the idle down a little, it might help lessen the clunk some too.
... me thinks you are now taking the piss ...... so I'll not bite (maybe Rick will !! ??)Good point Clifton, Rickover did seem high when it was warmed up which didn’t help engaging first.

It seems like a good bike. Funny that the tributo looked naff in pictures buteveryone that sees one inthe metal says how good they look. A guzzi is definitely on my bucket list.Similar here as well, cbritton.
Maybe its minor flaws, some early V100 teething problems, and while $17,000 here was well under a 1300GS it was more than the Japanese bikes, all contributed to slow initial sales. Fast forward now with substantially reduced prices due to sluggish sales and current owners generally well satisfied, more potential buyers are showing interest.
Guzzi didn't show anything new at Eicma but they are no doubt at work improving, updating, and broadening the V100 line, maybe for 2027 and 2028. Meanwhile smart shoppers will take advantage of large discounts on the 2024/25's.
I think there is a dealership in Bristol and another in Exeter. Anyone with experience of these?Isn’t A&D in Denbigh? North Wales though and fair distance from Swansea. Two in Bristol and one Gloucester which are lots nearer.
Piaggio dont bother with MCL anymore. The Milan show is a couple of weeks prior and they have a huge stand there.Disappointed I didn't see Moto Guzzi at MCL

Me too...only done it once...but certainly was worth it.Bit of a hike for me.![]()
Good deal. This zero miles 2025 bike with the touring pack at £12,999 seems like good value.
