can any of you very clever IT people help me, I have just connected to broadband and now my outlook express wont access my emails, it keeps trying to dial up and switches the broadband off. It started off asking if I wanted to connect to dial up or broadband but I think I clicked something that means now that it doesnt ask and just tries to dial up.


Please help :D :D
 
Start O.E, then go to tools, options, connection and tick the 'always ask before switching dial up connections'.

Then go to Tools, accounts, select the account you want to check and select 'prperties'.......under the 'connection' tag it'll have an 'always connect using' box so you can select the BB not the dial up.
