I have been very happy with them, but recently one of the spots failed [ could not establish why ] but on chance I reported it back by e mail to the supplier. To my pleasant surprise I had an almost instant reply from Roy the owner asking for some info and after this Roy sent off by return a complete replacement set FOC as a measure of goodwill.
I have to give them full marks for customer service and thought it worth recording it for members information.
