GSA 1250 Wonder wheel stopped working

Hi have a GSA 1250 ON A 22 plate and the wonder wheel does not bring up any menus on the TFT screen or do any thing on the BMW screen but does work on the carpuride 702BS also if you press the heated grips button it brings up that menu for that and works is this a soft ware problem thanks any help on this

Does the TFT say TFT or NAV in the top left hand side of the display?
