I keep thinking maybe I'm over reacting as it should be something simple to fix, once found.
But twelve months without a resolution and I'm beginning to wonder just how seriously this has been taken by them?
And bikeless is really pissing me off.

Joking apart though has anyone ever reported / experienced this ?
It sounds to me like it could be something peculiar to your location. Perhaps there is something transmitting nearby that is waking up the keyless ignition system continuously. When they take the bike off to the dealer everything seems fine, then they bring it back to you and the problem re-occurs. Can you try parking it at friend's for a few days and see if the battery runs down?
