Hot Airheads - Your PHOTOS please

Saw this beauty parked on the street in Bergerac, made me realise I needed an airhead. Still not got one unfortunately, but I'm on the hunt.

R100R

COMBO! Mate of mine just picked this up in Austria the other day. I like it!

my R65 Street Scrambler

ok only a R65 so not that hot. I bought this a couple of months ago off this site as a well used but sound standard bike. Basically i've stripped off everything that I don't need and added loud pipes and knobbly tyres. it's now road legalish and I'm shaking it down before deciding whether to paint it up or not. :nenau

im not sure about painting the tank, have you thought about getting a different shaped one ? i think it may be better with a rounder shaped one ? ? possibly off a jap bike or maybe an R100 one . just an idea :thumby:

yes i'd love a better shaped tank but haven't found one yet. i'm on the lookout. I'd like the rounder BMW one and not a jap one as i don't think it would cover the electrics?

I saw this bike parked in a pub in Mainz near Frankfurt. Not my cup of tea but it had some nice touches. The second pic is from outside, through a window, hence the piss poor quality. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1398058705.704395.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1398058718.442059.jpg

R100RS

Apologies that my K1100RS is also in shot, and I'm sure the colour scheme won't be to everyone's taste, but I bought this lovely R100RS from Jaber of this parish and had Ben at bskspeedworks.co.uk carry out some work and I really like the result :-)

Hi cheb, nice bike, like the forks and brake.
I imagine parts availability is limited on Uist.

Ebay, plus a bit of patience, usually suffices. That and using anything I've got to hand.

Thank you. It's a work in progress and there's loads more to be done.
