Following an overnight update of the operating system on both my iPhone and iPad I was asked to re logon to my BT emails. I got it wrong, and am now unable to access my emails from either device. I suspect it was to do with the details I entered in the PASSWORDS app, my password comes up as my Username for some reason
. Anyway, I went for the 'reset password' option, changed the password and was told it had now overwritten the old one in the app, so I seemed all was well.
HOWEVER... I tried to log in on my iPhone & iPad entering the 'password' app it wouldn't take it, whereas when I entered it manually (without using the Password app) it went through fine. Well, as we'll be leaving on holiday in a few hours I can live with that, (made a note of the new password).
Oh bugger, found I can't send from either accounts now, I'm fucked... l
