If you bought a brand new car, with one of the front wheels a few inches further back from the corresponding one on the other side because the geometry was out, would you pay to have the car replaced

Another person on this thread hasn't paid extra for a faulty bike, he has been compensated with a new blue 2014 bike and money for a nice holiday too
