I called them again today since I called on the 2nd and no one called me back.
The service team then did call me back, and said the logistics team would be in touch, but not when. I pointed out that in my 7 weeks of ownership, with the dealer problems and the recall, I’ve only had 3 weeks of riding. He did a “not my job guv” but it now is very definitely his job.
I want some kind of compo for the time it’s been either at the dealer or sat on my garage while I pay for it but can’t ride it.
Normally I’d be a bit more laiisez fair, but my previous bad Norton experience tells me to act sooner rather than later. I took Garner era Norton to court and I’ll do it again if needed.
