Urgh. 5 week wait for a service.
I called them again today since I called on the 2nd and no one called me back.
The service team then did call me back, and said the logistics team would be in touch, but not when. I pointed out that in my 7 weeks of ownership, with the dealer problems and the recall, I’ve only had 3 weeks of riding. He did a “not my job guv” but it now is very definitely his job.
I want some kind of compo for the time it’s been either at the dealer or sat on my garage while I pay for it but can’t ride it.
Normally I’d be a bit more laiisez fair, but my previous bad Norton experience tells me to act sooner rather than later. I took Garner era Norton to court and I’ll do it again if needed.

Word from inside Norton is they are going flat out aiming to get all the recalls done by end of first week of June
Mine’s being picked up Tuesday, hopefully turnaround won’t be too long
