Resize Image- Urgent Help Please

I have an image i scanned. I was hoping to chop it and then make the chopped bit A4 Size so I can print and frame for a gift.

Well I scanned it, Have a couple of programmes to try and do what i want but arrrrgggghhh...Yes I am Useless lol.

Is there anybody out there that I could e-mail the image too so they can chop and re-size for me pretty please

Its 2 rugby pictures one on other. I only want the bottom image but would like it a4 size and maybe sharpened up a bit some how. (its an old photo). Then i can print on some glossy paper and frame.

This will be doing me a massive favour. Trouble is i need it ASAP

Its Plenty good enough for what i need. Thx Again...I printed it out on photo paper and it looks pretty good. It was on the back of a magazine So nice one
