...whilst over in the UK having a ride around the Yorkshire Dales last week my 1150RT started to display a fault light. Having used Roy in the past for routine servicing I gave him a call and rode down to Croston the following day. Despite being busy (as usual) with servicing work he made time to check the bike out and sort the (minor) fault. Roy refused to accept any payment for the work despite my best efforts to pay him for his time...needless to say I would recommend his customer service highly.
