At present I have 3 bikes, and transfer my Quest from one to the other. I use a ram mount or Telferizer mount on the handlebars and plug into an BMW style accessory socket on the beak or in the inner fairing.
I am considering a 660 but want to maintain the same installation method. I've not seen a 660 in the box, but it appears to come with miles of wiring which I would not use and would be difficult to hide.
Does anyone out there know how far this wiring can be safely cut back? At the moment I use about 1ft.
