Skye roadbridge question ?

Hi Guys, can anyone tell me if there is a toll to cross the bridge as ill be up there next Weds for 5 days and will be using the bridge. A friend of mine says there is but ive never heard of that before.

Also what are the best things to see and do in Skye ?

the tolls were abolished a few years ago.

You don't even have to slow down, or break from singing "Speed bonnie boat"....

No Toll there used to be a few years ago but thanks to protest by local folk and Robbie the pict the Scottish parliament took over the bridge maintenance with no cost to the public

You could go and see the Royal Family, if not at Home look in at the Pub. And it's now been renamed Oonackistan

Went there in June see - http://www.ukgser.com/forums/showthread.php?t=110704 and plan to go again asap but not this trip unfortunatley.

Did the applecross run on wednesday...........views were all of 150 meters at the top.......

Try the road out to Achiltabuie then the little road to Lochinver...........
