How do I up load only one saved track from my Garmin V to my PC. I can only seem to up load all the saved tracks. which is a waste of time and effort.

As far as I am aware it's all or nothing.....but if you upload all then just right click on the ones you want to delete and they are out of there in a flash. You can also shift+click to select a list of tracks then right mouse click and delete. Otherwise you have to delkete them first on the GPS unit and just upload the one you want. I am assuming we are talking Garmin + Mapsource here ....
