Update Garmin V

I have a Garmen V but unfortunitly only have a chromebook laptop and a Samsung phone.Is there a any way to update it on either one of these devices ?
Also ive looked at the maps already loaded and in mymaps and there is Europe DEM , CN Europe NTU and CN Europe UK&Ireland. I want to be able to use it in Spain so i suppose i need to load a southern Europe map ?

Easy answer first.

Open the map. Zoom in on Spain. Can you see see all the detailed small roads in Madrid, Barcelona and elsewhere? If so, away you go.

More difficult to hear answer: I don’t think you can use a Chromebook or your phone, as neither of them will run Garmin Express, which (as far as I know) is what you need to update the maps and anything else.

Thanks for that , but i go - Adress - Change Country - then try to type in Spain but it won't let me only Scotland ?

Looks like Spain definitely isn’t there then.

Time to find yourself a PC / Mac.
