Hi Guys
Been to seen my friendly aircraft man today, to pick up ACF50. Which I get for various people. I buy the litre container with a applicator i.e. you pour the liquid into the applicator, then pump to pressurise the applicator and then its ready to spray. The tech's prefer to use this method rather than an airosol. The guy charges me £26.00.
Before I left he insisted I take and try a can of Plexus plastic cleaner, it would appear this stuff is taking off big style in the aircraft industry as well as being general purpose cleaner www.PlexusPlasticCleaner.com for more info.
As I have got a discrete yellow and matt black GS12 and this week end I am going camping at Swallow Falls North Wales with the pipes and slippers club. I've sprayed, cleaned and polished in one go just one side of the bike. I am going to be on wet muddy roads and then coming back through the car wash (ford) just outside Llangollen. So I will let you know next week how it cleaned off and what the protection was like, but I must admit it was a doddle to apply and came up very clean.
