Another European odyssey....!

I don't like to wear any of my decent watches when venturing into Europe, so I use my Citizen...and in fact it's all the watch you'll ever need, runs on daylight, radio controlled so is spot on within a second or 2, and easy to swap time zones
Bit battered now but spot on to the second..

Something me and our lass are going to have to do. Sounds nice watching the world go by on the train.
Not exactly the same but enjoyed my train journey to London in comfort having a few beers along the way.

Never cease to be impressed with how much better mistletoe grows on the continent....don't know if they have the same traditions as us?

Morning Gerard,
How does the cost of European longer rail journeys compare with the UK ?

Difficult to judge...this a sleeper so more expensive..have a look at 'the man in seat61' website... will give more of an idea.
Broadly similar I think, but some good deals to be had...

For interest, interrail currently have a 15% off sale on passes
