It strikes me that those that have had it done feel it has transformed their bike in a positive way, those that choose not to believe it seem to be those that either can't afford to have it done or simply don't want to have it done. That's fine, you pays your money and all that but being in denial about it's positive effect seems a strange one to me, maybe a little jealousy creeping in?
I had a conversation with an LC owner yesterday who has had the Hilltop treatment, he's very impressed with it. Out of curiosity he then took advantage of a discounted rolling road appraisal at a completely independent engine tuner. When the appraisal was finished the technician approached him asking who'd worked on the bike previously as the fuelling and power curve were flawless. He very candidly admitted that he couldn't get it any better. You can't get a more honest appraisal without rose tinted specs than that!
