Re-incarnation!

To this.........................not sure the purists will like it but it's not that original anyway with the tank, seat and exhaust!
Wheels rebuilt.......................finally, Gearbox rebuilt, Cibie headlight, proper front brake, ...............................and a repaint..................and ala Sycomoto no vinyl or stick on badges...............all painted!.............................. And not forgetting Vern's much admired top box!

Fantastic job on that bike Duncan, photos just don't do it justice I'd say, this one is a cracker though. :thumb

Your paint guy knows his stuff, the hand painted 'badges" and "decals" are a work of art in themselves, don't know how he did it but I'm well impressed. :clap

1986 Mono

I should have posted these up ages ago, but I am a lazy git. I bought this just over a year ago and have been doing a few bits that needed attention.

Over last winter I had the exhaust stubs repaired and while I was at it, I did a top end overhaul.

I also splashed out on stainless headers and collector box.

I have also replaced a load of seals to stop oil leaks, and given it a new set of tyres.

Sorry about the crap pics. I don't know why the top of the photo's are pink, must be something wrong with the camera.

Ok, I know it doesn't look like it's all there but all the rest of the bike is tucked away in my garage. Only 51k and it rides rather nice:thumb2 I'll make my list of questions now:D
