You are talking crap, Scotland's waters were devolved in the Scotland act 1988, enough said.
I would seriously consider starting to link your currency somehow with the Norwegian krone.

Deal, but as soon as it crosses the border it becomes Scotland's road and rail network. Doh
So you want your share of the £32 BILLION debt that Network Rail has just handed over to the government??
I want what every true Scotsman would want and that is to live in an independent nation governed by a government chosen by my peers. I don't want to be ruled by a foreign power with only it's best interest in mind.
I also believe that all the liabilities and assets should be shared equally and that after the yes vote this will happen through negotiation between both governments.
Have a look at the video below, I think it will give you a better understanding of how Scotland's finances work now and how they will work after the yes vote.
All the facts come from the Westminster government and are included in GERS.

And one Tory MPs vision on Scotland after a no vote

So anybody who votes No is not a true Scotsman? After independence what is to happen to all us non believers? Will we be marched off to the gulag?
I have said it before and will repeat it once more just so you have something to report to party HQ. I love Scotland and have absolutely no doubt that it would be able to function as an independent nation if it were able to rely on the co-operation of the remainder of the UK in fiscal matters including entering into a currency union. The fact remains however that the Scottish electorate would certainly return a socialist government to power either SNP or Labour or more likely a coalition of both. The disastrous policies on taxation, borrowing and spending that would follow along with the expansion of the public sector would make the required currency union so risky for the remainder of the UK that no party that would back such a union could remain in power in the rest of the UK.
It is not an independent Scotland I will be voting to reject. It is an Independent Socialist Scotland that I will be voting to reject. If the price of remaining out of the clutches of those that have a vision of communist style system of state control is that I have to start paying for my prescriptions again and students have to start paying for their media studies courses then so be it.
What a load of ill-informed crap, an independent socialist Scotland. Who are the socialists that will be running Scotland, the SNP have said all along that they will stand down after Scotland gains independence.
Boo, did you get a fright, you must have, you being scared of your own shadow and all those reds under your bed.
Do you really believe that any MSP who is in the parliament if the independence vote is won will voluntarily stand down? Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon are just like all the rest - their egos will not allow it.
Unfortunately I can see a lot more of these Scot vs Scot arguments over the next 7 months, which could cause a lot of bitterness between folk. I hope I'm wrong.
That the SNParty will stand down after Scotland gains independence is in their constitution, the MSPs in question could do whatever they like after that.
Judging by some of the comments on this read the bitterness has already started.

i think most sensible people realise that voting yes will lead to one almighty cluster fuck.we have no sensible fiscal policies, leadership let alone one solid plan for Scotland's future & yet wee eck plays his flute & all the idiots blindly dance to his tune.how can anyone vote for something without all the facts or information required to do so? you have to ask yourself why the white sheet has no such information except what could be or will be,yeh i might win the lottery next week,oh shit i never, well tough shit your stuck with it now & you’ve paid your dues.
Just tell me who will run the country??we haven’t any group of people who have an ounce of common sense or trust,it’s a farce & yet it seems, yep lets be independent & we’ll sort it out later.we look like arseholes to the rest of europe & to be honest we couldn’t find our own if we tried because our heads are stuck up it.
, but hey we feel the same and I'm in Manchester!!

point of view, its what I believe. I also believe most English folk are very fond of Scotland, hell my mate married one can you believe that!?Your going to be so unhappy being a part of the UK when you lose the vote, what are you going to do and where will you move to?
