I indulged myself with a test ride on the Stelvio today and it was indeed a nice place to be. However, with my ownership of a V85 being less than 12 months old, I didn't feel the substantial financial penalty for upgrading would give me an equivalent upgraded ownership experience over my current bike. I can easily see if you had 2-3 years of V85 ownership under your belt, and the financial stars aligned that the Stelvio would prove an enticing option.
My main reason to comment on this thread is re the wobbly windscreen that seems to get widely mentioned. The Dealer I visited advised that this has been fed back to MG and only recently they have received notice of a factory modification/retification that is said to address the wobble. Existing owners therefore might like to query this with their own Dealers if they are finding this an issue.
