STOLEN

Very pleased with mine as it is much quicker to use than a standard disc lock.

All said and done it is only a deterrent.

VERY sorry to hear of your loss.

Did you get your from the UK? I looked at these but couldn't find one for a BMW?

There was a group buy on here a while ago, Chris. Send an email to [email protected] and he'll sort you out with a deal.:thumb

Gutted for your loss OP. Hopefully your insurance will deal with your claim as painless as possible and your back on the road asap.

Re the Roadlok, just ordered one. 208.00 dollars delivered with a 15% discount code - NEWYEAR

Always wondered,

with the modern tech they have on bikes now, why the brake system cant be

energised upon locking, locking the brakes in the on position.

or incorporate a pin in the disc method built into the caliper

Interesting idea, but could that cause disk damage on hot disks ? (warping due to different cooling aspects). I guess with the roadlok there is a bit more time between stopping and adding the lock.

For me its Biketrac all the way now on any new bike, leave the bike anywhere and don't worry about it (I like to do overnights at Hotels/B&B's). Only danger is the scrotes find the tracker and remove it before they are found (which I believe happened on a bike in London). Having a faired bike I think this is less likely (Ducati Panigale).

RBW.
