WC test ride tomorrow

There is a knack, you have to push the lever on the right and pull back the one on the left. Got stuck with this myself when I got my LC. Was going to go to the dealer with it but would have looked like a knob when, eventually as you would have found, it's quite simple.:thumby::thumby:

But not in that order:D

Gearbox is much tighter on the WC, some of the early ones were proper foobarred though.

Unless you have a key the Nav is not coming off. Twist the key to unlock, push the tab in (or pull out can't remember) to unseat. Don't muck about with it because you can have the lock engaged with the tab in the incorrect position which then causes some headache to rectify. The WC seat is narrower at the front than the Hexhead GSA. Makes it easier to reach the ground. Like the Hexhead you can have the front on the high setting with the rear of the seat in low.

What did the finance work out and what discount do they offer? What do you reckon yours is worth? :D

I used the key, and fiddled with the lever to the right, but wouldn't come off. Didn't see a lever to the left.

It wasn't discussed. I returned to the dealer, handed over the key, and rode home.

There you go. Key in, turn it, pull lever on the left side of the mount out, press the right lever, and the nav pops straight out.

You're not ready for this bike!:comfort:D

Why does that instantly make me think of Engineers 'technique' for faultless gear changes on a WC................. :D
