Last year I was asked to justify why I only employed locals and no Polish /Kiwi /Australians etc

I always think its funny at places like the Spittal or the Calchaig where the staff wear Kilts, hearing the multi national accents. Its out of place.

As Ronno mentioned, If I'm in England/Ireland/Wales /wherever, I want to experience the local food, beer culture.
Why would anyone want a full English in fecken Morocco or Ballachulish.

Had a local B&B group in for a meal couple of weeks ago, just over 20 of them. 1 of them with a local accent
