You appear to be on your own in thinking that your demands for public, written answers are your right. Everyone else sees it as being inapropriate, especially since Hilltop have offered to discuss it all with you by phone, and also invited you to the open-day on 5th Sept.

To say that Hilltop are not "forthcoming" is also a falsehood. But -in your quest for another company which offers the "same" service - you will never be certain that you have the Hilltop answers, since Rexer and Flashtune are not similar processes.

But - if you are such a talented technician - you could always start your own business.

Tbh we all no neoviper views all these posts, he knows who you are as I'm sure many Tossers talk about your views, and I think neoviper may feel your just a time waister and just out to call his bluff, I'm sure you would feel exactly the same way if someone created such a negative feel about you and your business/skill.

Someone with a genuine interest would call a business and ask questions rather then hide behind a keyword your just embarrassing yourself, these posts/threads have surely run there course and pathetic now, every hilltop thread just ends up being a slanging match between forum bods .

Hello mr mapper I have really no intention of having my bike remapped it's still in warranty but being as I'm a software guy could you tell me your adjustments values and how you do it ? Good luck on that one in fact put your e mail / phone no up on here as most mappers are probably falling over themselfs trying to speak to you

Once a again it doesn't answer my questions - there is no need for you to repeat yourself, I did hear you! - written answers are easier to remember and digest - there should be no problem, so why all the anger and silliness from a few on here. People normally only get angry or upset when 'they' are the ones with the real problem, the emotion comes from 'touched nerves'.

I think it best if this thread ends as some people have just become entrenched in daftness instead of thinking about the technical stuff which is the truly interesting bit.

I just wish the person I sent the PM to at least had the decency to reply.

goeff even asked HIM for his number so he could ring him plus the open day was layed on for him and a few other sceptics ..one showed up, geoff spent time answering all his questions to his satisfaction, me .. i got the free remap
