There is a book called "Bikers' Britain" by Simon Weir available on Amazon for £12.68 and probably also in standard bookshops, although unsure about Switzerland.
Book has 200 pages of which 40 - 50 pages are devoted to Scotland.
I do have the book and intend to refer to it on a little Scottish bimble sometime soon.
