Stick we are cut from the SAME wood.I don't care about what magazines say or what brands wins in MotoGP or wsb.It doesn't mean sheet.I know bikes after 35 season on road & track.And when I read how reliable KTM's are or how TL kills "feedback" I just have to laugh...
On the road there is NOTHING that can touch a GS except for a GS with 150 hp,17 inch wheels and less weight
If you can't beat sportbikes on twisty backroads it is definitely not the bike but the rider to blame...
Except for maybe the S1000XR...but I hate chains and don't want my legs exposed in a crash which I had plenty as there is only 2 forms of riders.Those who have been down and those who will go down !
Skid I have TTX on my 2017GSADV but I'm honest with you and would not do it again because the difference to ESA set on max/2-up dynamic is not as big as the cash outlay to upgrade.Maybe if Ohlins were ESA compatible I would do it again.They work great but not 2 grand better as the stock system already works very well.I don't care about comfort I just want the wheels stick to the road and the bike stable.The TTX are more comfortable and super compliant.Great product but not 2 grand greater.All the other stuff fromwilbers,maxton or touratech I don't care about as OHLINS is SUSPENSION and knows their stuff and has the R&D,money and experience like no other !
Looks like they are still selling Koolaid…..Thought that shit was all gone....
